The defendant in error, Mary M. Jacobs, brought suit against Henry A. Arp, the plaintiff in error, in the district court for Laramie county, to recover the possession of certain parcels of land situate in the city of Cheyenne, alleging her ownership in fee of the demanded premises, and praying damages for the *491detention thereof, and for the rents, issues, and profits.
