Plaintiffs, Former Employees of Computer Sciences Corporation (“Plaintiffs”), move pursuant to USCIT R. 56.1 for judgment upon the agency record or, alternatively, for a remand for further investigation. Plaintiffs challenge the United States Department of Labor’s (“Labor”) determinations denying them eligibility for trade adjustment assistance benefits under Title II of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended 19 U.S.C. § 2272 (West Supp. 2004) (the “Trade Act”).
