On June 9, 2014, the Court heard argument on a Motion to Remand filed by Plaintiff Innova Hospital San Antonio, L.P. (“Plaintiff’). (Dkt. # 6.) Mason Meyer, Esq., appeared at the hearing on behalf of Plaintiff; Richard G. Foster, Esq., ap*953peared on behalf of Defendants Humana Insurance Company and Humana Health Plan of Texas, Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”). After careful consideration of the arguments at the hearing as well as the supporting and opposing memoranda, the Court DENIES Plaintiffs Motion.
