OPINION OF THE COURT

De GIULIO, Senior Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer members. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of conspiracy to violate a regulation, violation of a lawful general regulation, three specifications of perjury, presenting a false claim, three specifications of conduct unbecoming an officer, and obstruction of justice, in violation of Articles 81, 92, 131, 132, 133, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice [hereinafter UCMJ], 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 892, 931, 932, 933, and 934 (1988).
