Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County (Berry, J.), rendered September 16, 1994, convicting him of petit larceny, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
We reject the defendant’s contention that the trial court’s refusal to grant him an adjournment to secure the presence of four additional witnesses violated his constitutional right to compulsory process and constituted an abuse of discretion.
