MEMORANDUM OF DECISION DENYING MOTION OF GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL LENDING, INC. FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

On April 9, 2004, the Plaintiff, Guaranty Residential Lending, Inc. (“GRL” or the “Plaintiff’), filed a Complaint [1] against Virginia J. Koep (“Ms. Koep” or thé “Debtor”) seeking a determination that certain debts allegedly owed to it by the Debtor are nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2).
