MEMORANDUM OPINION AND DECISION
RICHARD L. SPEER, Chief Judge.
The matter before the Court is the Objection to Claim of Exempt Property filed by the Chapter 7 Trustee, relating to the Debt- or’s interest in the cash surrender value of a life insurance policy. The Debtor filed a memorandum in opposition to the objection. On August 25, 1998, a Hearing was held on the matter at which time the parties argued their respective positions.
