OPINION AND ORDER SUSTAINING TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO EXEMPTION

The contested matter before the Court arises from the Objection by Trustee to Debtor’s Claim of Exemption (the “Objection”) filed by James R. Warren, Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”), and the Response (the “Response”) filed by the debt- or, Ophelia G. Peacock (“Peacock” or “Debtor”). The Trustee objects to Peacock’s claim of an exemption in a life insurance policy (the “Policy”) issued by Union Central Life Insurance Company (“Union Central”).
