Litterio & Company, Inc. (Litterio), Hudson Supply & Equipment Corporation (Hudson), and seven other creditors of Mount Vernon Park Corporation (Mount Vernon), appellees herein, filed separate suits to enforce liens asserted by them against certain lots with houses thereon in a subdivision owned by Mount Vernon.
