MacDonald v. State

Supreme Court of Delaware

1Opinion of the Court

WALSH, Justice:

In this appeal from the Superior Court, the defendant-appellant, Glenn E. MacDonald, contends that his February 1993 conviction for the first-degree murder of his former girlfriend should be reversed because the trial judge failed, on several occasions, to declare a mistrial, and also made erroneous evidentiary rulings. MacDonald was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of probation or parole and, after some delay, this appeal was filed. 1 We conclude that MacDonald’s con tentions lack merit, and accordingly, we affirm his conviction.
