RIDGELY, Justice.

Derrick Fuller appeals his convictions by a jury and sentences imposed by the Superior Court for the offenses of possession of cocaine, 1 possession of drug paraphernalia 2 and maintaining a vehicle for the purpose of keeping a controlled substance. 3 Fuller was acquitted on the charge of trafficking in cocaine. 4 The trial judge sentenced Fuller to five years of imprisonment, the maximum incarceration available.
