Pending before the court is Appellant-Defendant Christina Wellinger’s April 17, 2007 appeal of the bankruptcy court’s order granting summary judgment 1 for Ap-pellees-Plaintiffs Rosealeen Borton and Richard Borton (the “Bortons”).
