Plaintiff appeals as of right from a circuit court order granting defendant’s motion for summary disposition on the basis that plaintiffs complaint failed to state a cause of action upon which relief can be granted. MCR 2.116(C)(8). The suit arises out of injuries suffered by plaintiff in a 1982 single-vehicle automobile accident while she was allegedly driving home from defendant’s lounge.
