It is urged the hearing of the issues raised under the pleadings involved an investigation and adjustment of the accounts of the members of the firm, and that for that reason the judgment of the Appellate Court is correct and should be affirmed. But we do not think an investigation into and determination of the partnership accounts necessary to the determination of such issues or of the issue raised under either of the counts of the declaration.
