I. INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff Great West Casualty Company’s Motion for Summary Judgement [Docket No. 26] and Defendant General Casualty Company of Wisconsin’s Motion for Summary Judgment [Docket No. 33]. The Court heard oral argument on July 9, 2010.
II. BACKGROUND
This case involves an insurance coverage dispute related to a 2005 vehicle accident.
