MEMORANDUM OPINION

PAMELA S. HOLLIS, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the court on the chapter 7 trustee’s Application to Employ Attorneys. Trustee Alexander S. Knopfler (hereinafter “Knopfler”) wants to employ counsel to help him sell the Debt- or’s house. Debtor Renee Jackson opposes the retention, arguing that the value of her home is too low to produce any funds for the chapter 7 estate.
