MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter comes before the Court on an issue of importance in cases converted from Chapter 13 to Chapter 7: whether the Debtor or the Chapter 7 Trustee is entitled to any appreciation in property of the estate that accrued post-petition while the ease was pending in Chapter 13.
