Appellant was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to death. This Court affirmed appellant’s conviction and sentence on direct appeal. Dinkins v. State, 894 S.W.2d 330 (Tex.Crim.App.1995). Appellant subsequently filed a motion for DNA testing pursuant to Chapter 64 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The convicting court denied appellant’s motion.
