OPINION

KEM THOMPSON FROST, Justice.

Appellant Donald L. Thompson challenges the trial court’s denial of his post-conviction motion for DNA testing. We affirm.

I. Factual and PROCEDURAL Background

A jury convicted appellant of aggravated sexual assault of a child in 1985, and the trial court sentenced him to fifty years’ confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.
