The Court previously issued an opinion in this case regarding liability. See Memorandum of Decision (“Liability Decision”) [doc. # 269], The Court will assume that the reader is familiar with its Liability Decision and will not repeat at length the numerous findings of fact and conclusions of law determined in that opinion.
