This suit was an action for damages for personal injury brought by John Richard Parry as plaintiff against Walker D. Hines, Director General of Railroads, as defendant, in the district court of Wilbarger county. A judgment in favor of plaintiff for $2,500 in that court was affirm-*887ecL by the Court of Civil Appeals for the Seventh District. 227 S. W. 389.
