This was an action brought in the district court of Osborne county by Nancy J. Neiswanger against the Missouri Pacific Railway Company, to recover for personal injuries alleged to have been caused through the negligence of the defendant at the city of Beloit, Kansas. The case was tried before the court and a jury, and the jury rendered ageneral verdict in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant, and assessed her damages at $5,200.
