BROWNING, Circuit Judge:

This case raises issues involving the interrelationship of sections 8(b) (4) (D),1 10(k),2 and 10(l) 3 of the Labor Management Relations Act.

*574A dispute arose between the Longshoremen’s union and the Operating Engineers’ union as to jurisdiction over the work of operating water-borne cranes loading logs aboard vessels at the port of Astoria, Oregon.
