MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
GETZENDANNER, District Judge:
Plaintiffs bring this action pursuant to § 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78j(b), and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-1968. They also allege pendent state law claims for negligence and negligent misrepresentation, conversion, and breach of fiduciary duty and implied covenants of good faith and fair dealing.
