NORTHCUTT, Justice.
Kathy Faye Messer brought suit against Cecil Ray Messer for a divorce, for the care and custody of their two minor children, and for division of certain community property. In the suit Mrs. Messer prayed for title and possession of certain real estate. Mr. Messer was duly cited to appear in said divorce proceedings but wholly made default. Judgment was entered on August 27, 1958, granting Kathy Faye Mes-ser a divorce from Cecil Ray Messer and granting her full custody, care, and control of the two minor children under the supervision of Deaf Smith County Child Welfare Board…
