The plaintiff in error was convicted of incest, and has sued out a writ of error to reverse the judgment.
Error is assigned by plaintiff in error on the denial of his application for a change of venue. Two indictments for incest were returned against the defendant at the same term and applications for a change of venue were made in each case and denied. The plaintiff in error was convicted on one indictment and the judgment .was reversed by this court at the October term, 1913. (People v. Turner, 260 Ill. 84.)
