Darlene Aragon claims that she was injured in a rear-end automobile collision on the Interstate 40 fly-over on January 27, 2014 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The tortfeasor, Dominic Lucero, was insured by USAA, and USAA paid its policy limits of $25,000 to settle Aragon’s claims.
