PAULSON, Justice.

This is an appeal by defendant-appellant, Steven Skar, from an order of the District Court of Cass County denying a writ of certiorari sought by Skar to overturn an order of the Cass County Court of Increased Jurisdiction binding Skar over for trial following a preliminary hearing conducted pursuant to Rule 5.1, NDRCrimP. We affirm.
