Duckworth, Chief Justice.
1. The evidence was in conflict as to the location of the dividing line between the parties, the same also being the north-south line dividing the land lots which the respective parties owned other than the property of the United States Government in these land lots taken over for Lake Lanier; hence there is no merit in the general grounds of the motion for new trial, there being sufficient evidence to support the verdict.
