This is an action to recover for wrongful death, brought by the plaintiff, appellee herein, against defend ant, appellant herein, pursuant to Chapter 2125 of the Revised Code. The plaintiff filed a petition in the Common Pleas Court of Pike County, Ohio, alleging that her husband, the decedent, was killed as the result of a collision between a train of the defendant and a car driven by the decedent on July 8, 1955.
