Petitioner Jean Elias Chahoud, a native and citizen of Lebanon, seeks review of the June 1, 2007 order of the BIA: (1) affirming the October 25, 2005 decision of Immigration Judge (“IJ”) Michael W. Straus denying his application for cancellation of removal; and (2) denying his motion to remand to apply for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”).
