Petitioner Felix Norbert Siewe, a native and citizen of the Republic of Cameroon, seeks review of a November 17, 2005 order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”)- affirming (without opinion) the January 15, 2004 decision of immigration judge (“IJ”) Michael W. - Straus, which denied Siewe’s application for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”).
