Plaintiff, Homes & Land Affiliates, LLC, has filed a four-count Complaint, alleging (1) trademark infringement in violation of 15 U.S.C. § 1117, part of the Lanham Act; (2) service mark infringement in violation of 15 U.S.C. § 1117; (3) unfair competition in violation of 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a); and (4) common law unfair competition. (Compl., Doc. 1).
