Third-party defendant-appellant Dreyer & Reinbold, Inc., (Dreyer & Reinbold) appeals the trial court's denial of its Motion to Have Matter Deemed Admitted and its Motion to Strike third party plaintiff-ap-pellees Donald Tabor and AutoX-change.Com., Inc.'s (collectively "AutoX-change") Answer to its Counterclaim.
