(After stating the foregoing facts.)

We shall first deal with the exception to the order of the court overruling the demurrer to the answer. The first ground of the demurrer objects that the third paragraph of the defendant’s answer does not state what undivided interest, if any, plaintiffs’ lessors had or acquired in the land sued for; the statement made being only that such lessors acquired an undivided interest.
