OPINION
IRENAS, Senior District Judge:
This matter appears before the Court on Defendant Ann Taylor Stores Corporation’s (“Ann Taylor”) Motion to Dismiss or, Alternatively, for a More Definite Statement pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) and 12(e). For the reasons set forth below, the Court will deny Ann Taylor’s motion to dismiss or, alternatively, motion for a more definite statement.
