MEMORANDUM OPINION

Pending before the Court is Defendant’s Motion in Limine (Doc. No. 22) to exclude the statements of the only identified witness to an automobile accident that gives rise to Plaintiffs’ negligence suit under the Federal Tort Claims Act. The Court conducted a pretrial conference on July 26, 2010, and heard arguments from both sides on Defendant’s motion.
