— Plaintiff, respondent here, sought by this action to recover the sum of $15,000 for alleged personal injuries. The trial resulted in a verdict for plaintiff for $1,000. On motion of plaintiff, this verdict Avas set aside and a new trial granted. Defendant appealed from the order granting a new trial.
