MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

This case is before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion for Approval of Attachment and Trustee Process against the individual Defendant Dwight Raymond. For the reasons discussed below, Plaintiff’s Motion will be denied.
I. BACKGROUND
Hilton Sea, Inc. (hereinafter Plaintiff) is a Florida corporation which contracted on February 3, 1989 with DMR Yachts, Inc., a Maine Corporation, for the construction of a 56-foot fishing party boat.
