In this action Plaintiff seeks to recover from Defendants for the cost of heat and air conditioning equipment sold by Defendants to Plaintiff for purposes of its leasing business. Plaintiff is alleging, inter alia, fraudulent and negligent misrepresentation and breach of contract.
