Action by appellant against appellees seeking a review of a judgment and a new trial of a cause tried in the Jasper Circuit Court resulting in a judgment in favor of appellee, Brusnahan, receiver, and against appellant.

The first three paragraphs of appellant’s complaint were for the review of the judgment. The fourth paragraph of appellant’s complaint was for a new trial.
