This writ is prosecuted by Fred Person and Union Foundry Works, defendants, to reverse a decree entered in favor of complainant, Independent Order of Svithiod, upon a bill to foreclose a trust deed. The cause was consolidated with another suit brought to foreclose an alleged mechanic’s lien in favor of Louis Biegler Company against the same premises.
