It is first contended by the appellant that the appellee was not designated in the application, or otherwise, by John Riggs, as the beneficiary to whom the amount of the insurance issued upon his life by the Catholic Order of Foresters should be paid, and for that reason the Appellate Court wrongfully directed the superior court to enter a decree in favor of appellee.
