delivered the opinion of the court.

The plaintiff in error, Mary L. Walker, is a resident of the City of Joliet, Illinois. She owns a lot in said city on which she decided to erect an apartment hotel at an estimated cost of $450,000. An architect from Chicago drew plans for the building, which were finally accepted by Mrs. Walker. Mrs. Walker advertised for bids for the construction of the building.
