Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company (Atlantic) instituted this declaratory judgment proceeding against Keith Edward Angstadt, Raymond Rask, and Multicomm Telecommunications, Inc. (Multicomm), seeking to be relieved of any duty to pay a judgment that Angstadt had obtained against Rask and Multicomm in an underlying tort action.
