I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
Prior to October 1, 1981, Mumina Sabu-rah, a.k.a. Colleen Powers-Imani (“Plaintiff” and “Debtor”) executed a total of four promissory notes (the “Original Notes”) in favor of four different lenders 1 (the “Original Lenders”) in consideration for the Original Lenders loaning approximately $7,124.06 (the “Original Loans”) to Debtor.
