MEMORANDUM OPINION

BLACKWELL N. SHELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court upon the filing of a complaint to determine the dischargeability of a debt pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8), to avoid a judicial lien pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(f)(1), and to enjoin further action by the defendant to sell debtors’ jointly owned real estate pursuant to a creditors bill pending in the Circuit Court of Northumberland County, Virginia.
