In an action to recover damages for legal malpractice, plaintiffs appeal, and defendant cross-appeals, from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Murphy, J.), entered January 15, 1981, which, upon a jury verdict, was in favor of plaintiffs in the principal amount of $111,083 (said amount reflecting a determination that plaintiffs were 35% negligent).
