This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in favor of plaintiff and respondent for $12,-000 in an action for an accounting and for a dissolution of an alleged partnership.
Respondent’s first and second causes of action allege the existence of a partnership between respondent and appellants. His third cause of action alleged that appellants and respondent entered into a joint venture.
