{¶ 1} This is an expedited election action for a writ of prohibition to prevent respondents, the Crawford County Board of Elections and its members, from acting or relying on their decision to remove relator, Daniel Ross, as an eligible voter at an address in the city of Bucyrus, Ohio, including failing to count his vote cast by provisional ballot for the May 4, 2010 primary election, and for a writ of mandamus to compel the board and its members to count his provisional ballot and to place his name on the voter-registration roll for the Bucyrus address as if it had never been removed.…
